Clear terms for using VPSBeam.

Your provider

The service you buy

VPSBeam supplies self-managed Linux VPS hosting. The plan and product page describe the allowance or resources, capabilities and billing type. Review the order total, taxes and currency before payment. You must provide accurate account details and be authorised to use your payment method.

Billing and renewal

Prepaid products buy one month of access and require a new payment to continue. Products explicitly labelled monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month at the displayed price until cancelled. There is no undisclosed trial or setup fee. You authorise the recurring charges only when buying an explicitly labelled subscription. Changes to future prices are communicated before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel.

Ending a subscription

Use My account → Subscriptions to cancel where automatic subscriptions are enabled, or email [email protected] before the next renewal. We confirm the effective date. Export any data you need before access ends.

Delivery

The service is delivered electronically; nothing is physically shipped.

Your server is created and access details are delivered within 10–15 minutes after successful payment, subject to any applicable consumer cancellation-period start arrangements. Access instructions are sent to your order email address.

Responsible use

Use the service lawfully, protect account credentials and respect intellectual-property and privacy rights. Fraud, unauthorised access and deliberate disruption are prohibited. Applicable sanctions, export controls and supplier restrictions may limit service availability. Contact us before ordering if eligibility is uncertain.

Service limitations

You administer Linux, updates, applications and workload security. vCPU allocations are not dedicated physical cores unless expressly agreed. No specific hardware model, port speed or uptime SLA is implied. Keep independent backups and test restoration.

Problems and refunds

Read the separate Refund & cancellation policy for requests and applicable rights. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Contact support with the facts of a dispute; this does not prevent legal remedies.
