Refund & cancellation policy

A focused policy for technical problems with your first purchase.

First subscription: 24-hour technical refund

You may request a refund within 24 hours of the successful payment for your first subscription or initial one-month service purchase if a verified technical fault in our service prevents you from using the purchased service as described. The request must reach us within that 24-hour window.

Repeat purchases and renewals

This commercial refund offer applies only to your first subscription or initial service purchase. Repeat purchases, subsequent subscriptions, renewals, upgrades and additional orders are not eligible for a refund under this offer, including requests made within 24 hours. Requests received after 24 hours are not eligible under this offer.

Send a request

Email [email protected] from your purchase email address. Include your order number, payment date, the affected service, timestamps and a description or screenshot of the technical fault. Do not send passwords, private SSH keys or complete card details. We assess the fault and reply with the result. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method; your bank or payment provider determines when it appears on your statement.

Cancellation is separate

Cancel an automatically renewing subscription in My account → Subscriptions, or email support before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Prepaid one-month purchases do not renew automatically. Cancellation does not itself create eligibility under this commercial refund offer.

Mandatory rights and payment errors

This commercial policy does not restrict statutory cancellation, withdrawal or remedies for faulty or misdescribed services, rights concerning unauthorised or duplicate charges, or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded. These rights may apply beyond 24 hours and to repeat purchases. Where applicable consumer law provides a withdrawal period, including a 14-day period for qualifying distance service contracts, that law takes priority. Starting service early requires any consent the law requires; accepting general terms does not waive mandatory rights.

You can notify us of statutory withdrawal by email without using a particular form: “I withdraw from my contract for [service / order number], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” Where the law permits, an early-start service can carry a proportionate charge for the service supplied before withdrawal. We process statutory refunds within the applicable legal deadline.
