How information is used to provide VPSBeam.

Controller and contact

Information we process

We process account identity and contact details, authentication sessions, order and billing records, payment references, support messages and security logs. Server labels, selected locations, system images, public SSH keys and network/backup instructions are processed to fulfil your order. Do not supply private keys.

Purposes and legal bases

We use necessary data to perform the service contract, meet legal accounting duties and protect the service against abuse under legitimate interests. Optional analytics or marketing require consent where applicable and are off by default in this package.

Payments

Where Stripe is enabled, card details are handled by the configured Stripe payment integration. This theme and service module do not collect or store full card numbers or CVC. We retain order and transaction references. See Stripe’s privacy notice for its processing.

Providers and international processing

Vpsbeam LLC operates the vpsbeam website. The website is hosted directly on a server in Amsterdam, Netherlands, supplied by VDsina.com. VDsina.com provides the hosting infrastructure for the website. Customer support at [email protected] is handled by the vpsbeam support team within Vpsbeam LLC. Payments made through Stripe are processed by Stripe. The Amsterdam hosting location does not mean that all processing by payment or infrastructure providers takes place in the Netherlands; their processing locations and applicable safeguards are governed by the relevant service agreements and privacy notices.

Retention

Orders, invoices, payment references and supporting accounting records are retained for six years from the end of the last company financial year to which they relate. Records are retained longer where required, including for transactions spanning accounting periods, late tax returns, HMRC compliance checks or other applicable legal preservation duties. After the applicable period, records are reviewed and securely deleted or anonymised when no continuing legal requirement applies. This accounting retention period does not set the retention period for VPS backups: daily VPS backups retain 14 days by default, or the longer period selected in the order. Other personal information is retained only for as long as needed for the stated service, support, security or legal purpose.

Your rights

Where applicable, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Some records must be retained by law. Email support from your account address; we may verify identity proportionately. You can complain to the competent data protection authority in your country.
